Testing Specialist

Position Summary: As the Testing Specialist, your typical day may consist of receiving incoming paper tests, data entry and verification, preparing test documents for scoring, moving bins/boxes of documents within the office, restocking books on shelves, as well as preparing test booklets for recirculation. As well, each day you will provide general customer support via phone to help customers with ordering, questions about their orders, and test results interpretation.

This is not a remote position.


  • Assisting customers via phone
  • Data entry/computer usage
  • Preparing test booklets for recirculation
  • General office duties
  • Job duties may also include the following:
  • Recording incoming inventory and assessing items for damage
  • Opening and sorting incoming packets/moving packages
  • Verifying information for scoring purposes


  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Training or experience in education and/or homeschooling is beneficial
  • Thorough, general computer aptitude
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work as a team player, doing whatever task is needed
  • Strongly detail-oriented
  • Supportive of homeschooling
  • Comfortable remaining in one place for long periods of time; occasionally bend, reach above shoulder, squat or kneel, stand, and walk
  • Must be able to occasionally push/pull and lift/carry up to 50lbs.
