Testing Online Associate (Seasonal)

Position Summary: As an Online Testing Associate, you will play a key role in administering online tests. This includes gaining an in-depth knowledge of the testing platform and interacting with parents and students, as well as troubleshooting computer issues.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Data entry/computer usage
  • Preparing and administering online testing
  • Verifying information for test administration purposes
  • Communicating with remote proctors (phone and email)
  • Providing basic technical support by phone

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Supportive of homeschooling
  • Willingness to work as a team player, doing whatever task is needed
  • Strongly detail-oriented
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi task
  • Flexible/remaining calm under pressure
  • Capacity to prioritize and organize
  • Able to instruct customers
  • Comfortable with technology
  • Strong keyboarding skills
  • Comfortable remaining in one place for long periods of time; occasionally bend, reach above shoulder, squat or kneel, stand, and walk

COMPUTER SKILLS:

  • MS Outlook; other specific programs will be taught during training
