POSITION SUMMARY: Assist full time audio/visual staff.


Under direct supervision

  • Deploy new hardware solutions
  • Maintain and troubleshoot existing hardware solutions
  • Provide technical support to customers
  • Research and test new hardware and software as directed
  • Pull and terminate various cables, occasionally


  • Must be enrolled as a student at Bob Jones University or Bob Jones Academy
  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies
  • Ability to distinguish colors
  • Ability to climb ladders
  • Not afraid to get a little dirty on occasion
  • Willingness and patience to learn & follow direction from supervisor
  • Limited allergies to dust and dirt (frequent work in ceiling areas and tunnels)
  • Must (occasionally) be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs. and/or push/pull up to 100 lbs.


  • Audio/visual experience
  • IT experience
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Valid driver’s license
