Position Summary: Perform a variety of administrative functions; familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures; rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.


  • Schedule appointments, give information to callers
  • Assist with processing various traffic infractions which includes interacting with students
  • Generate and document correspondence
  • Coordinate various campus events
  • Assist with Faculty/Staff and Student parking permits
  • Lead and direct the work of others
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with efficiency and accuracy
  • Good people skills
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Professional in appearance and presentation
  • Display a wide degree of creativity and latitude

Required Education: High School Graduate or GED
Required Experience: Three to four years related experience
