Study Abroad Assistant (Student)

The study abroad assistant will assist the Director of BJU Study Abroad & Study USA with administrative matters throughout the academic year, working 5-10 hours a week.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • E-mail correspondence
  • Maintaining physical and digital posters and other marketing
  • Communication with study abroad faculty and students
  • Communication with campus departments as necessary for planning and promoting

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Personal interest in global fluency and international travel
  • Experience with basic graphic design
  • Knowledge of organizational use of social media
  • Interpersonal skills for correspondence and conversation with both faculty and students
