POSITION SUMMARY:  This is a 9-month academic graduate assistant position teaching introductory Greek classes.


  • Teach Biblical Greek courses as assigned each semester
  • Perform clerical responsibilities for other School of Religion classes as needed
  • Assist with planning, organizing and advertising the Greek Forum each semester
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • Reading ability and command of vocabulary of biblical Greek
  • Understanding of and ability to explain grammar of biblical Greek
  • Bachelor’s degree from BJU School of Religion preferred
  • Enrollment in BJU Seminary preferred
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 20 lbs.

Required Education: Bachelor's degree required; must be enrolled in post-graduate studies at Bob Jones University
