POSITION SUMMARY:  Provides academic and administrative assistance to the Director of Ministry Training, leads co-curricular events for students in the School of Religion and supports Religion faculty and students


  • Serve as teaching assistant, helping the Director of Ministry Training (and other faculty as needed) with course preparation, grading and student engagement
  • Share oversight of students enrolled in Ministry Chapel and Ministry Outreach
  • Plan and coordinate co-curricular outreach (including Rooted & Grounded, Steadfast & Secure, Teach Them Diligently); work on a proposal for formal academic recognition of these co-curricular pieces
  • Interact with School of Religion students, both current (mentoring) and prospective (U-Day, College Up Close, telephone calling)
  • Fulfill other tasks as assigned
