POSITION SUMMARY: Provides the first point of contact for visitors, students, and other seminary constituents. Assists the dean with recruitment initiatives, supports the faculty, and helps the Assistant to the Dean where needed. This position answers to the Assistant to the Dean.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer phones, emails
Supports faculty with office and classroom needs
Unlock and lock doors at appropriate hours
Provide technical support for the classrooms, including the weekly chapel
Provide project, event, and daily task support
Assist office staff as needed
Engage with prospective and current students
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude, capable of working with others and converting ideas to practical applications
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
Comfortable with technology and familiarity with social media
Knowledgeable about Zoom
