Online Testing Coordinator

Position Summary: As the Online Testing Coordinator, your day-to-day activities will include setting up online testing events, managing the workflow of student/test administrator ratio, troubleshooting for other test administrators, and ordering score reports. The Online Testing Coordinator also administers online tests and assists customers with technical issues that come up during the administration, which will sometimes occur outside of normal business hours to accommodate customers in various time zones.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Data entry/computer usage
  • Preparing and administering online testing
  • Verifying information for test administration purposes
  • Communicating with remote proctors (via phone and email)
  • Providing basic technical support by phone
  • Reporting issues to Riverside tech support

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Supportive of homeschooling
  • Willingness to work as a team player, doing whatever task is needed
  • Strongly detail-oriented for reviewing schedules and personal customer data
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adept at managing multiple operations concurrently
  • Flexible/prone to remain calm under pressure
  • Capacity to prioritize and organize
  • Ability to instruct customers
  • Comfortable with technology and independent problem-solving
  • Strong keyboarding skills with a high rate of accuracy
  • Comfortable remaining in one place for long periods of time
  • Occasionally bend, lift, reach above shoulder, squat or kneel, stand, and walk

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience: No prior experience necessary
