POSITION SUMMARY: Lead ministry team to promote BJU to teens, school leadership and faculty, and when at churches, also the church leadership and parents.
Opportunity is for the 2026-2027 school year.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Biblical Worldview and Math Teams: Lead workshops in music or Bible in schools and homeschool coops
- Music Education Team: Lead workshops in music rehearsals and classes in Christian schools and sing in churches
- Mentor the team members by leading, discipling and supervising them
- Confirm itinerary and school/church schedule with ministry contacts
- Plan travel
- Write report for each meeting
- Submit weekly financial report and receipts
- Oversee van maintenance
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Knowledge of business English
- Leadership ability
- Good communication skills
- Ability to speak to groups of any age
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Required – Bachelor's degree from Bob Jones University
- Preferred – Master's degree from Bob Jones University
- Preferred – Previous role in student leadership
