Ministry Team Coordinator

Position Summary: Coordinate logistics for ministry teams and provide support leading to the teams' success.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Organize ministry team tours
  • Contact key influencers at schools, homeschool co-ops and churches to book meetings
  • Update BJU records on leadership changes for schools and churches
  • Assist with day-to-day needs of teams
  • Handle confirmation letters and thank you letters
  • Process team’s weekly meeting reports
  • Help process prospective student contact cards

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of business English
  • Detail-oriented
  • Preferred - Bachelor's degree from Bob Jones University

Required Education: Bachelor's degree from Bob Jones University preferred
Required Experience: No prior experience necessary
