POSITION SUMMARY: Recruitment Specialist responsible for supporting the planning, development, and implementation of recruitment efforts to attract a diverse student body and to help meet the School of Business’s enrollment goals. The Recruitment Specialist will perform a wide-variety of relationship-building and technology-based student recruitment activities with a particular focus on high school engagement. The Recruitment Specialist will proactively identify prospective students through direct and indirect sourcing techniques, social/professional, networking career events, diversity resources and competitor research to build a strong network of passive and active candidates.
