Clinical Compliance Coordinator

Provide oversight for faculty and students participating in community clinical experiences to maintain compliance with community partner health requirements and participate in clinical experiences.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Collect and approve all clinical compliance requirements for students and faculty in both traditional and completion degree tracks
  • Maintain communication in conjunction with Chair and Assistant Chair with community partners regarding clinical needs of the program
  • Maintains clinical compliance paperwork in accordance with community partner protocols and policies
  • Request all clinical sites every semester
  • Be available to meet with students to discuss clinical compliance requirements such as proof of health insurance, immunization records, CPR certification, etc.
  • Opportunity of participation in divisional meetings and activities
  • Opportunity of attending chapel and special convocations
  • Communicates the religious beliefs of BJU to students and student affiliates
  • Answers questions concerning faith, doctrine and creed of BJU to constituents, students, or those inquiring about BJU

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills including communication, conflict resolution, flexibility, and collaboration
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills
  • Possess and communicate a biblical worldview and integrate principles into the clinical content
  • Professional in appearance and presentation

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience: 1-2 years related experience
