Position Summary: Assist the CLD full-time staff with special projects, communication, and mentoring; perform a variety of administrative functions; familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures; rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.


  • Coordinate student leadership activities
  • Communicate with student leaders
  • Maintain activity calendar and reservations for rooms in Den
  • Plan CLD Leadership Workshops
  • Assist in oversight of student organizations and CLD assistants
  • Attend student life functions as needed
  • Update CLD social media accounts
  • Act as a liaison between the students and various organizations and ministries
  • Assist in organizational efforts as needed
  • Assist in representing the CLD at official campus events


  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with efficiency and accuracy
  • Good people skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Display a wide degree of creativity and latitude

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree; Must be enrolled in post-graduate studies at BJU
Required Experience: 1-2 years related experience
