Athletics Office Manager

Position Summary: The office manager is often the connection point for BJU constituency and the general public to the athletic department.  This individual will be able to represent the BJU brand through community and constituency engagement while leading the office services needs for the department


  • Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
  • Support game day operations and student training.
  • Support athletic department events.
  • Manage student workers schedules and time clock needs.
  • Maintain facility reservations.
  • Support the intramural director.
  • Provide calendar and correspondence support for the Director Athletics.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Assistant Athletic Director.

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience: Three to four years related experience
