Key Results Area #1 – Accurately record student charges and payments
- Apply funds and scholarships to student accounts (includes ESTF, 529, & ECENC funds)
- Apply charges to student accounts
- Answer parent questions regarding student accounts
Key Results Area #2 – Manage ESTF program requirements and participation
- Communicate with 100% of benefited families regarding their potential enrollment in the program
- Proactively communicate program updates and guidelines with all families participating in the program
Key Results Area #3 – Assist BJA Central Office with other record keeping such as
- Donations funds management
- Credit card reconciliation
- Spirit store record keeping and inventory
- Budget accuracy
Key Results Area #4 – Represent and incarnate BJA’s mission & guiding principles
- Communicate the religious beliefs of BJA to students and student affiliates
- Answer questions concerning faith, doctrine, and creed of BJA to constituents, students, or those inquiring about BJA.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Written communication skills
- Strong project finisher/follow-through
- Knowledge of and support for a Christian educational philosophy
- Ability to learn and efficiently use a variety of computer programs
