ROLE SUMMARY: As a Supervisor at BJU Press, the ideal candidate will play a supporting role on the AHE team by managing staff, policies, and exceeding customer’s experience.

About the Team: The Academy of Home Education team seeks to support the mission of BJU Press by providing excellent record-keeping accountability and customer service for homeschool families utilizing BJU Press curriculum.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate office duties and staff
- Maintain academic program that meets/exceeds national standards
- Organize and coordinate events of AHE students
- Communicate with AHE families by telephone and email
- Place curriculum orders for BJU Inc & BJU EG faculty/staff homeschooling with AHE
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES NEEDED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
- Good English and proofreading skills
- Knowledge of standard office practices and equipment
- Good people skills and customer relations
- Academic advising ability
- Organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Familiarity with BJU Press materials
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience with
- 2 years of supervisory experience
- Homeschooling experience
