POSITION SUMMARY: Make a real difference in students’ lives!  Join the Career Services team and help students prepare for life after graduation.  This multi-faceted position provides an exciting variety of opportunities—from one-on-one resume advising to classroom presentations; from coordinating career fairs to social media posting.  The right candidate will possess a passion for helping students, the ability to communicate well, and strong organizational skills.


  • Oversees resume advising with the assistance of student workers
  • Manages, markets and coordinates the career fair
  • Manages, markets and coordinates the Christian School Recruitment Conference
  • Coordinates all other employer recruiting, including interviews
  • Prepares and updates presentations for workshops and classes
  • Maintains social media accounts
  • Provides front desk receptionist duties
  • Speaks in classes and workshops
  • Performs other duties as assigned by a director


  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate well
  • Ability to work independently

Required Education: Bachelor's degree
Required Experience: One to two years related experience
