Position Summary: Tech Support and Coordinate the IT and eCommerce aspects of the Testing Services.


  • Assist with ongoing development and maintenance of IT and eCommerce for the Testing department
  • Interface with IT support from scoring software vendors
  • Troubleshoot various IT/hardware issues within the Testing department
  • Assist with scoring, data warehouse maintenance, testing of future eCommerce developments
  • Preparing test booklets for re-circulation
  • Assisting customers via phone


  • Thorough understanding of Press Testing systems, procedures, and IT needs
  • Practical understanding of a programming mindset
  • eCommerce understanding and experience
  • Basic understanding HTML & CSS
  • Strong computer aptitude
  • Good written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate with IT programmers, tech support, vendors/suppliers, and sometimes tech support for customers
  • Ability to troubleshoot software problems and printer problems
  • Supportive of homeschooling

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience: One to two years related experience
