BJA Middle School Latestay Coordinator

Do you love working with middle school students and enjoy administrative responsibilities? Consider joining a thriving educational environment as the coordinator for the BJA middle school late stay program. This position interacts with middle school students and oversees the team of BJU college student employees who staff the program. A great opportunity for leadership and influence in the lives of BJA and BJU students! 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Hiring and supervising university student employees
  • Create employee schedules
  • Oversee all student activities
  • Maintain a safe and controlled environment for latestay students
  • Communicates as needed with BJA administration/faculty and parents

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Organizational Skills
  • Counseling
  • Customer Relations

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Required Experience: One to two years related experience
