POSITION SUMMARY:  The AHE Registration Coordinator will be responsible to process new applications, re-enrollment forms, order achievement tests, process payments, and provide effective communcation to customers by telephone and email.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receive incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
  • Answer telephone
  • Act as front desk receptionist
  • Process applications
  • Place orders for achievement tests
  • Set up customer accounts
  • Process payments
  • Process re-enrollment forms.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Communication skills
  • Knowledge of and ability to use office equipment (including scanning, copying, enlarging, shrinking, and collating)
  • Organizational skills
  • Keyboarding skills
  • Basic accounting skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Familiarity with homeschooling helpful

Required Education: Associate's Degree
Required Experience: One to two years related experience
