Position Summary: Responsible for leading the Program Management Office in the development, documentation, implementation, and maintenance of project portfolio, project management processes, standards, templates, and metrics. Provide training and coaching in project and process management to both ad hoc and full-time project managers within IT. Ensure consistency of project processes across the IT departments and oversee compliance with processes, standards, and metrics.  Additionally, responsible for leading the Vendor Management Office in the development, documentation, implementation of processes and standards related to management of vendors and contracts involving BJU.  Providing oversight into IT Finance which includes management of IT procurement, budget oversight, and budget preparation.

Position Summary: Responsible for the day to day functional duties for the IT department. These duties include answering the phone, managing individual calendars as well as conference rooms, liaison with Human Resources (HR), Facilities building representative, and coordinator of departmental communications.  Additionally, this position will also provide support to the IT management team as an administrative assistant.  Maintain a presence in the main office as a starting point for faculty, staff, vendors, and other visitors who interact with IT.

Work is performed under the direct supervision of the Director of Grants Management but will require some work to be performed independently.
