  • Primary Function is to assist the project coordinator in daily processes and aiding during special events
  • Assists in communications and planning
  • Keeping databases current
  • Serving as a receptionist for the Alumni Relations office


  • Must be enrolled for post-graduate studies at Bob Jones University, graduate studies preferred
  • Proficient in Word with an understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Able to physically help with moving of boxes, furniture, and event paraphernalia
  • Personable – must be outgoing
  • Strong organizational skills

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience: No previous experience required
